Your Impact

You will play a crucial role in the further professionalization of our IT environment, ensuring our systems align seamlessly with our growth ambitions. We consciously work with open-source applications that align with our mission, allowing us to remain as independent as possible. We also challenge industry norms when it comes to automation. You will help optimize our integrated ERP system, ODOO, which is essential for streamlining our business processes—from quotations to deliveries.

We are looking for a technically skilled specialist with experience in Linux and ODOO, who can translate business processes into smart digital solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• System & Application Management: Maintain and optimize our IT systems with a strategic mindset.
• Process Analysis: Map out business processes and drive further digitalization and efficiency.
• Data Processing & CRM Management: Ensure data integrity and optimize our CRM system.
• Support & Training: Provide technical support and train colleagues on our systems.
• System Integrations & Interfaces: Maintain and improve connections between customer and supplier systems.
• Data Security & Compliance: Ensure all processes are GDPR-compliant and privacy is safeguarded.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Report to the management team and work closely with other departments—such as the operations lead and estimator—to align systems with business goals.

• Salary: €3.500 – €4.750 gross per month (full-time, depending on experience).

Who You Are:

• Experienced Professional: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with ODOO and Linux (Debian-based) systems.
• Data Processing: Advanced Excel skills.
• Programming Knowledge: Experience with scripting and programming languages (Python/XML) is a nice to have.
